Each client is provided a Care Plan and sometimes family members feel the need to be in control and expect way more than the care you provide by breaking the routine you've established with your client! And expect you to do things that family members are responsible for!
In this line of work you have to be compassionate and be able to treat all client's with dignity and respect! And also share the same respect and responsibilities to their family members!
