Responsibilities:
Daily review of Associate timekeeping and coding of hours Modify and correct timecard as necessary and create payroll adjustments Update and maintain the HRIS to include electronic personnel files, profiles, and personnel change status Respond to associate inquiries regarding payroll and / or benefits Oversee petty cash and the distribution of checks Maintain accurate and up-to-date new hire documents, files, records, and documentation Handle the clerical/administration function within the HR department Maintain high degree of integrity and confidentiality Performs other duties as assigned

Mon-Fri 1st Shift
Requirements:
1-2 years of high-volume customer service or office-related work experience Demonstrated ability to perform mathematic functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Attention to detail Experience with Payroll in an HR Department preferred Prior Kronos and Oracle experience a plus Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism Ability to multitask and work effectively in rapidly changing environment Strong PC skills a must (MS Office - Word and Excel) Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

I don't drink, haven't drank in over a decade. Saturday I was working in the walk in cooler stocking shelves and fronting products my manager lent me her sweater(you can see where this is headed). Now, here's where opinion and fact can be muddied.I don't know, I showed upon time and did what was told, even when they said "your fired".
A word of caution, I don't recall smelling alcohol on the sweater I was leant, and defiantly not from my personal clothing. Supposedly several 'reports' were filed against me yet they never specified who/whom/what. Sometimes you gotta just move along, but bring your own layers. I think I was just fired for my boss's drinking....HA!
