20 years I put in this warehouse learned every position and every year I have a review they say I need to do more. I work 16 hours a day six days a week, never been late or called off. So I asked them what else could I do to get a more positive review and they said nothing just keep doing what you doing. Then yesterday I get my review in writing and it said thanks for the hard work you have been rewarded with a 0.13 raise. I was like wth so they got a two week notice today. I am heading to Miami, FL anyone know a warehouse hiring?

So I got the job as a Warehouse specialist at Ace Hardware Distribution! Though I’m taking a pay cut I’m happy to officially start a new career. Sanity is more important than pay. This is exciting

Ok I am 53 old man who has 8 years to retirement.looking for a job outside of factory work. Iv work currently at a fast passed factory which has been good pay wise but not so good to me physically as I get older. I'm still a very hard worker but need to slow the pace down a little currently I lift 50 pound parts all day and it's getting to be a little much. My wife is an educator who carries our insurence. Just looking for something not quite as strenuous as what I do now. I know I will have to take a cut in pay but I am very ok with that,just need to make a little pocket money and make it to 62
