If I was to tell a new employee anything about Ethan Allen for their first day first of all what type of season is it is it summertime well summertime and Ethan Allen literally is like working in a sweatshop there is no air conditioning it could get up to about 90 to 100 degrees inside the warehouse production of these trucks still must be done meaning the unloading the put away so if I would tell somebody in the summer what I expect from them is to do their job don't get lost and stay off your phone because if you're on your phone that means you're not working and if you're not working then that means your co-workers must pick your slack up so I have a very good attitude at work I go to work to work and it's just that simple and I didn't get out till guys as well if you don't want to work then why did you come in today and please leave any negativity outside because we deal with enough inside and we don't need any extra stuff so that's my answer come to work you'll be fine

I think the biggest thing that I need to start doing is I guess not being so resourceful because it seems like the more you do the more they expect from you and the pay is still staying the same so I don't try to do too much based on what I am paid now if the raises were giving out more I guess economically I would do a lot more but I'm hampered by that because they ain't showing the money
