I work at Wayfair doing customer service. Been here for just a little bit. Somedays I have tough customers like if someone can't figure out how to do a return or they didn't receive a refund or worse their package is lost and they call us. It's my job to make their experience a good one. So far no one has yelled at me and I am hoping to keep it this way. Any tips on how to be a good CS rep?? I really want to be great at this job.

I have worked in customer service for as long as I can remember. I love it. I love people. I am THAT person the happy one in the office who smiles a lot. A few months back my previous job fired me after 4 loyal years. I was heartbroken. They downsized the company and I was out like yesterday’s trash. Then flash forward to this week I had my first interview with Wayfair. I really love this company and I truly want this job. What do I do now???

I enjoyed my time at Wayfair when I worked in their warehouse. The best parts about the job was that the pay was good, you got time off (but just weren't allowed to take it around the busy holiday rush), medical and dental if you were full time, and the people I worked with ALL pulled their weight. I hate lazy teams! I give it a 7 out of 10 honestly with it losing points because I wished there was more room to advance and grow, but at the time I never bothered to ask for more so probably my own fault.

I don't have any warehouse experience, do you think a company like Wayfair would still consider me? I heard they might be hiring in my area. I have only had cashier jobs. HELP!

I been working retail for a long time, but ready to move onto something new. Thinking about working in a warehouse and earning more money. Anyone worked for Wayfair in their warehouse before? Wondering how it is over there. Can anyone help me out?

What I loved most about working at Wayfair was riding around on my Cherry picker and pulling sellected orders.
