I'm still dealing with it now unfortunately I'm not at liberty to talk about it. Its either I have to walk away or I will explode. I have no problems with customers for the most part but there have been the occasional racist comments.

I've worked for the company for 12 years so far. The best thing bout the company the fact that there benefits are good. They care about there employees. But if I had to say something that can be the worst. It would have to be how they seem to be mainly there way of dealing with conflict. In other words sometimes they can't seem to see the truth and the lies people say to there face. They as much as I love the company I've had my fill its time for a change.

I have been working at Wegmans in king of Prussia, Pa since January 2015. Recently ( as of July 15th 2017) On a Saturday , I Currently work Cashier . There were two people who were in my line . A white male and a white female , I had scanned all of there items , as soon as I turn around to press " total " on the register and wait for them to pay , they ran out of the store . I don't know if they had actual intentions to steal or did it by default . So I told all of the managers and other employees . I had gave them a discription of what the people looked like as they all went outside into the parking lot to look for them . As I looked around the store I saw them myself . I told the manager and she had told all of the other managers/employees to come with her as they followed the thieves out of the store . I guess that the people that stole came back into the store to help there mom bag her groceries and left out with her . I couldn't go outside because I had to stay by my register . I did not know what happened after all of the employees followed the thieves and their mom out of the store . As my shift is almost over about a hour later , I get called into the office . One of the managers had told me that the people have ran out of the store with 95 dollars worth of groceries and if something like this happens again then they would have to take it into disciplinary action . To remind you , these people RAN out of the store by time I turned around . I TOLD everybody what they looked like AND they followed the thieves out of the store , so why am I in trouble for someone stealing ? Did they expect me to run after them when I had customers in my line ? It's not my fault that they don't have securities waiting by the doors checking people's receipts. But I get blamed for it ? I plan on putting a two week notice in before I head of to college in August but I just wanted more opinions on if this is something jobs usually do ? And if I should do something about the situation ? I just need some advice . Or should I just lay low and leave after this two week notice? HELP.

Me being a Cleaning services was not the biggest mistake I made me being a Cleaning services was the best thing I ever did I did something I never knew how to do it until I got the opportunity to work for a Cleaning services

My advice to other people bout working for wegmans is that they should give it a shot and don't turn it down because it was the best job I had since I been here and they got really good people working there everybody is respectful and nice to each other

There was not really a lot of stressful day's because of the way the job was going so everybody had something to do at work

I never got into it with any of my co-workers I got along with everybody that I was working for

What I loved working for wegmans was working with other people getting to know other people and doing my job was the best part of it
