I understand this happens quite often likes main jobs in Vegas if you don't have kinfolks or drinking with a buddy inside track then you might as well forget it
It was about an A/C unit old needed to be replaced , was to be replaced budget cuts etc My Boss , decided to try to fix It Bad I dead 20 years old its time had passed , mainly like most problems i believe and lack of communication and or explanation , and the did you understand what i said not what you think i mean .
i really enjoyed most of the people in the banks , they were appricative most of the time of what we were doing for them .
All days got to the point of being stressed. U hated to go in everyday. The top dogs r not very nice. Nothing u do is right even tho u taught the managers everything they know.
Look for someplace different if possible not the best place to work at.
Being a mediocre, crybaby is rewarded. Actual talent is punished and the better you are at drinking the coolaid, the further you will get. The company is going even further downhill fast with the lawsuits and surely more to come.
