Hi Jasmine: It looks like Winn-Dixie starts hiring at 16. If you're looking for a job, I suggest looking at movie theaters and grocery stores, as they're known for hiring teens. Let me know if this helps!

Hi Susan, The minimum age to work at Winn-Dixie is generally 16, but some locations may start at 14. It looks like in some FL locations is 14 as a bagger. If you are younger than 16 you may want to contact the store you would like to work at to see if they do that. Good luck!

Hi Andrew, It looks like you have to be 16 to work at Winn-Dixie. You could take a look at other grocery stores as well as movie theaters as they may hire 15 year olds. Good luck!

I work for winn Dixie right now. And for last 3 months there's been no hours...I've been there almost 8months. And went from38 to 9 this last week..how is anyone suppose to pay rent on9 hours a week...not fair @all...now I have to look for another job to compensate not having hours ...all stores were cut 150 hours on front end. So don't see how they are hiring..KIM
