I applied for my nursing license via endorsement in Illinois October 12th. I still have not received anything. I haven't worked since August and I am afraid its impacting me negatively due to the gap of employment. Ive been offered so many amazing jobs that I can't take. Then I thought i could work in Wisconsin with my multistate license BUT that state requires you to establish residency with in 2 weeks of working. What should I do?
I used to walk into a place and ask to talk to HR people and after talking to me they realized I was smart, dressed well, and was a likable person, I was an IT dept director but I have varied experience. I worked in construction, restaurants, and most recently IT. I had more customer service awards at home depot in my first year than many have in 8 years... Now they all just say apply online and you have to fill out your previous employment even though all the info is in your resume, you need to re-enter it a second time. SOME employers are better as they fill in the forms from your resume and ask for more info but many do not do that. I am looking for anything in Milwaukee right now. I NEED to work.

Next Level Professional is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer. We’re looking for an individual who wants to take an active role in all development on new and existing products. Including the Investigation and implementation the latest technologies for electrical and controls systems within the industrial process cooling, heating, and material handling industry.
The ideal candidate must have a BSEE, with about 8+ years of experience with controls and electrical components within an industrial process application. Proficiency with PLC and microprocessor programming, HMI, test equipment, and data acquisition. Experience with Allen Bradley, Omron, RedLion, Carel, Panasonic, Siemens, and Mitsubishi programming a plus. Must have Project Management experience, comfortable with AutoCAD Electrical, and direct experience in new product development with new technologies.
As many of you know, I lost my job back on September 29th due to the company closing its doors. None of us really understood why, but all suspected that it would happen someday. I had been interviewing and rather quickly, I was offered a job at Ebates here in Wisconsin, near my home. Very very close to my home. I started there exactly one month after ServiCom let me go.
