My name is ZacharyGreen and I worked at Women’s Prison Association for 4 in a half years until I got laid off in 2020 due to Covid-19. I got laid off on March 19, 2020 by the Alcott company . They claimed it was because of lack of work which was false. I had a short schedule with a few days of work. I came to work everyday and never called out sick.

Working with those in need
No real drama because the people are unhelpful and basic. No support, it’s a sink or swim. Figure it out and then be told it’s wrong. I love the brand, hated the people.
Company is so cool, great history. I loved being a part of the Levi brand
Was pretty easy, met with 3 people including hiring manager. Asked typical questions. 2nd interview included a SWOT.
It really boosted my confidence and reminded me that I had skills . I have been working in Hawaii for a transportation company for the last two years
Working for the women's Bean project was the best thing I could do I had just got out of prison and didn't know how to really get along in the world and I needed a place to start and that place helps me build my confidence gave me skills to go on and do like ship shipping and receiving packaging even customer service production line women from all walks of life.
A great and rewarding experience. I am given the opportunity to be a part of a sisterhood of second chances where continuing education for adolescent mothers is the mandate. Empowerment for nation building
