Have you ever tried to share something with someone who just wasn't able to hear the words you had to say?? I have found that a miscommunication often is the result of TWO able set of ears... Communication is just as much about the receiving of information as it is about the sharing of information. Dont be shy to lend an open ear, you may end up gaining more than you intended :)

People looks for work. Then get a job and a paycheck and perhaps some of the possessions they've always wanted: only to find out such things truly are not, 'valuables.' Empathy, kindness, and appreciation are the trademarks of what is true - and get what we give - and that which we most certainly need to allow for contentment.

So I wanted to share something I did that may help others trying to navigate through unemployment or are diligently looking for a job. After many months of nothing but "100% commission, insurance, work at home, and dead end jobs" I decided to take control. I experienced depression and anger that my resume' wasn't getting anything but the BS jobs in my inbox so I decided to take control. I started researching the title of CEO and based my new resume' on that skill set. I noticed that there were things on my resume' that coincided with a CEO skill set so I rewrote my resume' from the ground up. So do yourself a favor and do a little research if your job hunt is stalling or non existent. Craft a resume' based on the top things that match the next level career for whatever you do and never lose focus of the big picture. NOW.....to deal with the depression that comes with joblessness, take 1 hour a day to do something else besides live the unemployeed lifestyle. There are many free things to do , listen to music, take a walk, go sit by a lake or beach, go to a park, do something to clear your mind. Once your mind is clear you can think of things you never thought of doing and it makes the difference. It is for me. My new direction resume' has had 27 views in 24 hours. I was invited to apply for 6 jobs that I didn't even know existed because they found me based on the new resume'. So take a step back, clear your mind and start a new picture of what you want potential employers to see about you. Hope this helps you and good luck!

Its really tuff I know;Whatever the situation ur in: Believe in yourself, treat others fair'...even when your mistreated, sounds crazy yea but you have to be crazy" to deal with the lunatics that surround you,Stay calm no matter how stupid it may seem and you will pull through. With a ministry that involves a variety of personalities, it is impossible to please everybody all the time. The important thing to do is the right thing and pray for wisdom in making decisions. Hear others and their points of view, and make sounds decisions with the understanding of how others will be affected by those decisions. Do not make hasty decisions regarding new methods, and take advice from others with more experience in matters that are new to you.

Recruiting the right people is a tough job, but needs more intuitions and broad based knowledge of basics in different fields of operations . I wish to share my experience with the Indian Railways during selection for promotions. They broadly consider the work history for acumen, achievements ,confidential records (Assessments)for screening . At interview ,consists a panel with experts on the Related field work/ subjects along with Personnel Dept.(HR).They explore the candidate's vibrancy ,caliber and capacity to understand the basics of total operational viability of the tasks involved. and adaptability to changes at work . Today's mode of recruitment is based on critical words matching the job description which may far different for different fields. There is the need of the panel of concerned divisions like Marketing, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical field members of interaction with the position involved. They only can decide the candidate is useful for being over or under qualified .In short the present mode of recruitment is best for robotic functions limited to the command fed to it i If anything arise out of that box or innovative the candidate should be a sure failure and re-trained or discarded .I watch recruiting Personnel complaints on media that there is a scarcity of highly skilled or versatile persons to adapt with the continuously competitive world. The problem is the that as mentioned above they filter with a small sieve by which the bigger and useful ones couldn't get through the system. Hope this will help to understand the complexity of calculation of the roght employee for a position ,specially with ajob of multi task feature.\God bless you all to have the resiliency to make this world more easier and happier at all phases of life including the jobs .Amen.

1st impressions are SO important! You don't have control over other people, but you do have control over how you present yourself. Dress professionally, smile, and be confident!
