The company is large enough to tackle interesting challenges but small enough where you are more than a number.

Worked for a place close to my house I thought I wasn't happy so I took another job not so close to my house about a hour one way the people at the job close to my house were different than me so I took the other job farther away from my house because I thought I knew these people because I have worked with them before they turn out to be rotten to their core just goes to show the grass is greener in you're own yard lesson learned c

Teamwork is very effective in getting the job done faster nd easier than trying to do it by yourself. It also helps from being drowned by orders, so you can be ready for other orders and demands

Seriously want to quit my long time job tomorrow with no plan in place. Feel like always walking on egg shells with my boss and get almost physically sick before going in there. Yes I have made mistakes there bit trying to talk to him always results in him either yelling at me or telling me he doesn't trust me. Ok. So why try and talk to him? I have started job search and applications so I am not just wallowing in my emotions. I am willing to look at any job to just pay my bills right now. I am 55 and know that is a hard age to reinvent yourself. Have been seeing counselor about low self esteem and working on that but seems my job has a lot to do with it. Thoughts?

Just 2 weeks ago my boss stood in my face and yelled at me with anger written all over his face. This was common n normal behavior. I normally would hide n cry kinda hard working in a restrauant. At times some employees would loudly laugh n make fun of me because I would hide and cry when yelled at by my manager. Well this day 2 weeks ago I yelled back so loud that the entire restrauant every person sitting in our establishment heard me yell back at him (it wasn't nice either). Well next morning he calls me in to sign a write up I was ok only because he's the boss "oh no im in trouble". Well I first read my write up first sentence was a complete lie. My manager made himself look like he was a perfect person n I was a complete monster. So I said to him "im only signing this because I have children to support but come Monday im reporting u for your behavior". He then stood up yelled at me lile he did thw day before with anger in his face and asked me to leave. Yes I agree a write up for me. Why is it ok for him to yell in my face. I spoke to a few people concerning this matter n found out there is nothing I can do. It is not illegal to be treated or to yell in your face.

I quit my job in Oct. because it was a contract position and they took advantage of me and other providers, did not keep their promises, no benefits, not able to see enough patients a day to make it worthwhile. I took job and they promised me that my region would be the ne t area for marketing and promotion, which after 1.75 years never happened. My territory kept getting larger and unable to see enough patients a day to make it worthwhile. They also provided little to no training. Poor reimbursement. Poor management an very poor communication. Did not care about their employees. Total Chaos. in the end they changed I g a d EMR and would not pay to have medical records carried over but expected the providers to do it for free. Also they were going to charge patient insurance new patient assessment again because it was a new data base. patients and providers should not be expe Ted to pay for company decision to change database/EMR.
