I'm a hard worker I just hade a heart attach and now looking for a diving job

I am disappointed because I have applied to more than 15 work and I have not been able to start working yet, most of the work I have applied requires clear English that I need to learn the main language that is English but I still have to work a little more to achieve and perform better a good day Monday sometimes I think that I will never achieve my goals for not knowing how to speak English I understand it a little but I do not know it speaks I am afraid of not getting a good job I am an enterprising woman I like to reach new challenges in life , I like to work on things that teach you to achieve a new achievement in life but sometimes I would like to give up because as my English is not very good
