I’m not sure what employers do to look into my online activity so I want to make sure I have all my bases covered and avoid embarrassment.

I'd go for respect, it's nice if people like you but respect is something you earn. I've never been one to need a lot of friends where I work.

I’ve often heard that these decisions are competent related but I don’t think this is always the case. My company is discussing some changes for 2016 and I want to make sure that I’m doing everything possible to keep my job.

I’m concerned about the future of the old ‘brick and mortar’ retail stores as more and more shopping is done at home and online. Maybe it’s time to consider an alternate career option.

UR bosses priorities should be aligned to the corp. goals so support him/her 1st and everything else should fall into place.

  1. Ask him to explain why he is upset.
  2. Ask him how he would like the problem resolved.
  3. Call your manager over to help him.
  4. Listen to him.
  5. Calmly explain to him that he isn’t correct.

I recently started a Chipotle Crew member job that I’m really enjoying and excited about. My goal is to get to the next level as a Kitchen Manager soon so I can receive better pay and afford p/t undergraduate studies.

  1. Reached a compromise by talking it out.
  2. Combined our ideas to find a solution together.
  3. Kept my opinions to myself.
  4. Presented my side in a way my supervisor would find agreeable.
  5. Did not back down on what I thought was right.

Thank You

My schedule changes week to week which is in itself already difficult to plan personal events around but my supervisor constantly changes my schedule at a moment's notice to cover up his scheduling mistakes. Last week I was called in to cover but I refused because of a previous engagement I couldn't cancel and was punished with a horrible schedule this week.

I’ve been back to work from maternity leave over 30 days now and I’m finally finding some work/home balance but still can’t find time to exercise. any suggestions?
