i applied for the position and luckily got a text via my mobile phone confirming i qualified. it was my first ever job to do since i got out of school.i was bit nervous because there were a lots of people with somehow i managed to do it all.

I loved interacting with the children/students and their parents. When I saw the children's faces light up when they saw me and when they ran to me, it was the most rewarding thing about the job. Also, the fact that the parents really appreciated that I loved their child each and every one individually. It was very rewarding.

Get an attorney on retainer. It's not a matter of if but when they will try to dismiss you. Don't let them handle the problem because they won't.

i work in a assisting living home, i love the work i do for the resident as a caregiver. i have been call out and got written up for things that are either not true or lacking specifics. one time i got suspended for been supposedly insubordinate to a supervisor that is not my immediate supervisor. when i go to my supervisor to ask why? i was told to shut up and that if i got suspended was because of my actions. i was not the aggressor nor was disrespect to the other supervisor even do he screams at me in front of residents, family members and other coworkers. when i got the suspension it was another superior(not my superior) i look at the letter and is not even sing by my supervisor. i was suppose to do a 3 day suspension but got call back after a day suspension because hr wanted to talk to me for the first time and to hear my side of the story. they say they will do a investigation but i have not heard of anything, i ask if for been unjustly suspended will that they lost be paid and said no. is that legal? what can i do? i fear every day i am going to get call to the office to get suspended or worst fired. im latin living in florida

What I loved about tire world is that everyone got their hands dirty from the new guy to the CEO and the owner made sure he met everyone

Lankmont was good. The people there made me feel welcomed, but a lot of the people who would come to the park (which were customers) weren't the nicest. Sime people were really nice and funny and we laughed and joked around. We did our very best at the end of the day. There were some people who understood us as fellow janitors and didn't judge us. I might of had it easy since I worked with my dad, but the maintenance guys and my boss didn't treat me any other way. Sure they had soft spot for me, but they were practically family. Just hanging out with the guys and my dad it was nice. It was one of the things I looked forward to every summer. So before you say Lankmont is a discusting amusement park and say the workwrs should do better; take a moment and realize I didn't ask for the bathrooms to look a crappy already or even the rides. It was in my job description to do the best that I could. We all did. I hope they rebuild the bathrooms to look much better and the park to look as glorious as it did, but in my opinion it already looked beautiful. You just had to look closely to see it.

A real great place to work great pay good hours great customers and owner nothing bad to say about dogwood

I recently did a test to see if my clothes REALLY change my outlook and how I feel about myself. On Monday I wore jeans and a sweatshirt all day and Tuesday I wore a dress with a cardigan. What I found was that I really did feel more refreshed and excited for the day on Tuesday. It somehow made me feel motivated. Does anyone else feel this way depending on how they dress????

I was changing a wiper blade on a customer's vehicle and the arm slipped from my hand, cracking the windshield. The customer was fairly calm about it and so was management, being my first slip up, bit it was embarrassing.
