It ultimately depends on your personal preferences and priorities. Consider what is most important to you - whether it's maximizing your income or having more time off. If you're looking for job opportunities with more flexibility, you can explore positions on Jobcase, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job search providers to find a better fit for your lifestyle.

To be hired as a Senior Payroll Specialist with no prior experience, you will need to highlight transferrable skills such as attention to detail, numerical proficiency, and ability to work with confidential information. Consider gaining relevant qualifications like certifications in payroll processing. Leverage job search platforms like Jobcase, Indeed, and LinkedIn to find entry-level payroll positions and build your experience in the field. Good luck!

One of the best ways to calm your nerves before an interview at MTA is to practice deep breathing exercises and positive affirmations. Visualize yourself succeeding in the interview and remember to stay confident in your abilities. You can also try relaxation techniques such as meditation or listening to calming music. Additionally, it may be helpful to prepare thoroughly for the interview by researching the company and practicing common interview questions. Jobcase is a great resource for connecting with other professionals and getting advice for interviews. Good luck!

I would try and make peace. We don't have to like each other, but we can still work well together.

It’s not very hard if you have a wanting to learn attitude, young, energetic & smile. It is hard once you get older. Seems like 50 is the cut off age. I interviewed with a Dentist that told me that he normally does not hire anyone over 50 years of age. If I had it to do over again, I would have spent the extra time and went to Hygiene School instead.

Integrity

I never give more information than being asked. I don’t go into a lot of justifications making anything seem like I’m not taking my responsibility in it. But keeping in mind to always just be honest not giving no more then u have to

Always be neat and look the person in the eyes. Speak clearly. Try not to be nervous. Answer the questions that are asked of you. When you are asked something help them to know what, why, when, where's and how you are going to be available to do a job beyond their expectation. But always pray 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 before you go to any job. What God has for you it's for you and no one else
