Well if my job was hiring i would point tem my direction and let them know that we are looking for hard and dedicated works in our company but if my company wasn't hiring i would point them in some direction for helpful purposes

I really don't make big mistakes because in my profession you have to practice safety because a big mistake can cause an injury or death so big mistakes are not an option

Most stressful was when i have a project to do and i want to have the job done in a productive time frame and the job is done at satisfaction because my expectation is i stand by my work

Nothing because in my profession you have to listen to the customer and reply with a smile and ask what can i do to satisfy the problem...and a coworker situation if i can't resolve it amongs each other which i would try before going to someone in a higher position then me because i feel as a team we are suppose to work our problems or situation out as a team.

Enter acting with the residents that i deal with when im cleaning there rooms watching the smiles on there faces that there satisfied with the work that i do to make sure there in a clean and comfortable environment and that i have small conversation with them to make there day a hole lot better being in what ever situation there in . thats what i love about 1011 s osage in ingle ca 90301
