I have been lied to and manipulated to more than any other person with the promise I will get benefits and opportunity to advance. But every time I try to advance to a higher position I am denied despite being there in my position for longer than anybody else. Each person who advances ahead of me has been there for less time and are much prettier than I am. There is also open discussion that my manager is racist. In my honest opinion my manager does not value hard work and dedication they only value people who appear to be above average in appearance and are easily manipulated by their power of the authority .
