In the breath and height of the interview, while waiting for your response to situational question which requires your critical thinking skills, that could impact a $15M Contract with their client, your Cell Phone rings loudly!!!
Suddenly you have five faces to consider in a split/second. Starting from the far-left, the gentleman appears overly serious; the lady with a quenched smile is possibly thinking, “you’re kidding me”, or the lady with her hand over her mouth is probably thinking “my gosh you’re in trouble” or the lady who’s head is tilted may be thinking “are you serious” or the gentleman to the end-right is thinking “this doesn't look good."
I can never overly stress the importance of not bringing your CELL PHONE to your interviews. Because forgetting to turn it off, can be equivalent to the board turning off their decisions to hire you.
Folks, aim to pass your interviews with flying colors and not ringing bells!

It seems alot of jobcasers are confused about how "Employment" actually works.....
Step #1. Locate an available position... Example: NOW HIRING sign in a window..... Search http//:*COMPANY/careers *Target/Walmart/Sears/ect.. Find your local location...... Then apply
Step #2. Complete any requirements.. Take & PASS any & test ..... Online assessment (if job requires a valid driver's license, then have one)
Step #3 . When they call....(& They will if both step #1&2 are done correctly) Step #3.A answer the call...(seems easy... For any sane person not afraid to answer calls from "unknown number")..... Step #3.B arrange for an interview ..... And show up for said interview
Step #4. Present yourself as a not crazy person...... Do NOT complain about every past job/boss ....In fact (Never a good suggestion , but LIE if needed in rather than complain....)
Now if you've done all this.... Step #5. GREAT!! You've aced their honesty exams...Made a super impressive candidate during one or more interviews....NOW ..... Be prepared.....
PROVIDE A CLEAN U.A. Yep......Clean peepee....
Then...... I suggest show up at the agreed time for scheduled hours.... Stay until agreed time.... Follow your supervisor's directions.... And really the rest is easy......

I am a FT Female Uber Driver for a year an a half. I GREATLY Appreciate when a Rider Tips Me!! UBER DRIVER don't Make the Money Riders think they do. Uber Drivers; Good Ones that Is are Really Taken Advantaged of By UBER THEMSELF as Well 90% of the Riders!! No one seems o Understand what it COST to Maintain our Vehicles'. As a Full Time Driver I put VERY HIGH MILAGE ON MY CAR any where from 500 to 800 Hundred MILES a WEEK!! Now with that comes Fuel , Oil Changes, Carwash a few Times a week!! Now on my own I provide Water, XM radio and Drive SRX Cadillac Luxury Fully Loaded. With that comes a Monthly Payment and My own Personal Insurance that is Required by Uber along with yearly Registration. And Uber DOES NOT HELP PAY FOR ANY OF IT!!! Yet they CONTINUE TO LOWER RATES on the DRIVERS END and RAISE THEM ON THERE END!! THEY DONT EVEN PAY FOR THE INSURANCE Which is CALLED YOUR SAFE RIDE FEE that COVERS RIDERS INCASE OF AN ACCIDENT WHILE A RIDER IS IN THE CAR!! Now There are about 4 BILLLION CARS ON THE ROAD all OVER THE WORLD Driving for UBER. And UBERS WORTH is 60 BILLION and CLIMBING, at the EXPENSE of the Drivers!! Don't get ME WRONG UBER IS A GREAT APP........ BUT HAS MANY FLAWS ALL AT THE RIVERS EXPENSE!! Let me EXPLAIN. #1. MOST RIDERS DONT USE THE APP CORRECTLY, Especially when they have BEEN DRINKING or NEW USERS/RIDERS this is Because of the APP SCREEN MOVES and THEY THINK that IT KNOW AUTOMATICALLY WHERE THEY ARE!! And Now Drivers GET SENT TO WRONG LOCATIONS and this COST DRIVER TIME AND FUEL and WE LOOSE GRANTEES IF ANY GIVEN BY UBER.. Then Drunk Riders Get Mad Cause THEY DONT THINK THERE WRONG; When I THE DRIVER Goes and Picks Them Up and TRIES To EXPLAIN what they did WRONG.. Which RESULTS in Bad RATINGS ON THE DRIVER. NOT TO MENSION RIDERS AREN'T AWARE That BAD RATINGS FOR A DRIVERS Can COSTS THEM THERE JOBS AS WELL!! #2 UBER DRIVER ARE REQUIRED TO OBEY THE LAW..And RIDERS seem to THINK ITS OK TO OVER CAPACITATE and HAVE OPEN ALCOHOL. So when YOU DENIED THEM MOST WILL GET MAD and AGAIN RESULTS IN BAD RATING FOR DRIVERS!! #3 Riders LEAVING BELONGINGS BEHIND and EXSPECT DRIVERS TO STOP WHAT THERE DOING which Could Also MEAN WORKING to BRING it to THEM!! Again THIS COSTS THE DRIVER TIME AND MONEY and If you REFUSE this to will RESULT IN BAD RATINGS FOR THE DRIVER. MOST RIDERS Will PROMISE YOU THE WORLD In ORDER to Get you Come RIGHT BACK or MEET THEM SOMEWHERE THE NEXT DAY and of COURSE 95% WILL NOT KEEP THERE WORD!! # 4...About 50% of RIDERS Feel it's OK FOR THEM TO TURN ON THE AIR OR CHANGE The STATIONS put THEIR FEET UP IN MY FACE ON THE CONSOLE TRYING TO HAVE SEX IN THE BACK SIT OR DOING DRUGS YOUR CAR WITHOUT ASKING or Even a Thought!! THIS IS INSANE?? WHAT DO THINK??? When I asked Them to Please Not Touch anything and That I will do it or PEASE DONT PUY YOUR FEET UP They Get OFFENED! Guess WHAT it RESULTS IN POOR or BAD RATINGS on THE DRIVER. #5 REMEMBER I AM A FEMALE DRIVER and I CANT BEGIN TO TELL YOU WHAT I GO TROUGH WITH 20% of MALE RIDERS even WHEN There's ANOTHER WOMAN IN THE CAR!! THE FILTHY THINGS THEY TALK ABOUT ASK ME / TO DO ..SOMETIMES SO WAY OUT OF LINE that I have to PULL OVER and Throw THEM OUT OR CALL POLICE BECAUSE THEY WONT GET OUT!! Then They TREATHEN ME About RATING ME call ME EVERY NAME IN THE BOOK ..SLAM DOORS ..SPIT on my CAR I even HAD ONE THROW A DRINK on MY CAR!! Now I Could GO ON, But I'm Sure You can UNDERSTAND My POINT! YET UBER PRETTY MUCH DOSE NOTHING All They DO is THANK ME for WRITING IN ABOUT these RIDERS Which TAKES TIME and AGAIN WE DONT GET PAID FOR IT!! SO WHEN I HAVE A RIDER THAT TIPS ME , WHICH IS ONLY ABOUT 3% of RIDERS I SURE DO THANK AND PRAISE THEM!! IT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE THEY CARE ABOUT ME / APPRECIATE ME!! ((( BECAUSE UBER SURE DONT!! ))))))) NOW If a RIDERS IS ON A SURGE of 3X and Going MORE THEN 10 MIES I DONT THINK A TIP IS NEEDED. Just THEM EXCEPTING A SURGE THAT HIGH IF NOT INTOXCITED Shows Me They APPRECIATE UBER DRIVERS!! And I have WENT OVER AND OVER THIS WITH UBER and NOTHING EVER GETS DONE!! And THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO TELL RIDERS TIPS ARE INCLUDED and NOT NESSARY It SHOULD BE THRIDER CHOICE and There SHOULD BE A TIPPING AREA IN THE APP!! But Here's MY OPINION The REASON UBER DONT CARE IS FOR ONE THEY MADE THERE FORTUNE and HOPING BY 2020 to HAVE DRIVERLESS CARS ON THE ROAD and then THEY WONT NEED US. Which I CANT EVEN IMAGINE HAVING NO DRIVERS With All THAT GOES ON.......... So Debbie If YOU FEEL YOUR DRIVER DID A WONDERFUL JOB GETTING YOU TO YOUR DESTINATION , I'm SURE HE WOULD HAVE BE GREATFUL For YOUR GRATUITY. THANKS FOR USING UBER and ASKING! Sincerely Brenda......
