If you care about your community and loving to work at fast pace job and working with people, step in and you will love it otherwise there might be other jobs that might suite you. At this job I feel like a teacher seeing his/her students become engineers, attorney and doctors. I hired many high school students coached them guide them at work and seeing them become successful in their field, that's my rewards.
When we had the storm alert week prior to the storms. I triple our inventory perhaps we could have more sale. Also knowing the gas delivery bucket will freeze under subzero temperature. Should have keep it warm by coving it with rubber flooring mat.
When inside the store power goes out and gas station is not accepting credit cards outside.
Keep the line of communication open, with respect, listen to him/her what and why the tension started. Always keep come and assure him/her will do the best to correct the tension and preventing form happening again. Listening and caring will reduce tension. If not goes away involve the upper supervisor.
