I would have loved to get paid by the hour and a W2 form. I was getting paid by the day and we did not ever have a time schedule simply go in at 7 and I wouldn’t know what time I was going out.
I enjoy the environment and the driven people there I sort of worked with. As an intern I got to learn how to work with people and how to be efficient with tools and with my time
An American boss are carried about American employees and set of carry catering to Mexicans that don't pay taxes because it puts more money in his pocket

The biggest mistake I made was to quite my job and move to California
We had a job adding an addition to a hospital, and had to tie into the existing piping system above the ceiling with patients below. Getting the work done , and making sure that my employees did not disturb the patient below was very stressful
I never had a co- worker get angry with me. No customer ever got angry, but I did have them question a change order and we would discuss the problem and come to an agreement
