The biggest mistake I made was to quite my job and move to California

My advice to anyone looking to work for Schultz, is don't. If you are a union craft being called out from the hall, you will be ok for the most part, but beware of favoritism and field supervisors that have no management skills or good ethics.

The biggest mistake I ever made at Schultz was not listening to my gut and try staying with my previous company. This company puts people in positions they don't have any business being in. If you know someone or a client likes you, regardless if you have never done or been trained to do, they will put you there. I worked in the industry for 11 years at the same site and never had any problems with the client or with employees. Once the change happens, it took less then 4 years to change all that and I no longer work with Schultz and or on the job site anymore.

I typically build retail stores, restaurants, hotels and also some ground up civil projects. I have been a superintendent for over 20 years and travel for the work. This year I am looking to stay within a region. Typically a western one. If there are companies looking for candidates like me, look me up!

I am looking for work anywhere in the USA talk please thank you

I got turned down on 2 interviews also as a Residential Construction Superintendent. I have 20 years experience as a self employed builder. I was super qualified for these positions. Really hurt my ego. Picked myself up and said this is they’re loss. Never give up.

Leasoning to the project managers they were a bunch of idiots and couldn't build the dog house
