Everyone makes mistakes but the important thing is that you learn from them. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any. I'm usually very detailed about my responsibilities.

I would have to say call outs during a winter storm when you're the only one there. There's so much 1 person can do. Trying to remain focused on the main objective and getting that completed was my priority. Will you be at work longer than expected? Yes... But live to fight another day. It's also a learning experience and how to handle a similar situation for the next time.

When dealing in the health care field with people that are already upset or confused on the purpose of them being there in the 1st place, it's important to remain calm , try and smile and suggest any other alternative to resolving their situation. You can't always please everyone but it's important to try. If the individual is disgruntled, sometimes all that is needed is some space.
