Be flexible as far as days/hours.

Flexible work schedule and in my case, a great manager at the helm.

I have worked with acosta sales and marketing before 2015-17. I left cuz manager was cutting my hours to 20 or less. My new manager is doing the same I can't live on 20 hours a week. I don't want to leave again.

Acosta was a great place to work. I worked 4 different Wal-Marts and I worked in 2 of them(minimum) everyday. They did pay 8cents per mile and I drove no less than 200 miles per week. I also caught Covid twice while working in those stores. My doctor put me on light duty from July to January and was paid 66% of my salary which left me in poverty. I got on long term disability in January because my doctor diagnosed me as a long hauler. 2 months later Lincoln Financial said their doctors said it wasn't so even though there is no data on being a long hauler. I currently receive no money and Acosta won't let me get unemployment or pandemic pay.Excellent company to work for as long as you don't get sick and almost die.

I loved working at Acosta because I loved helping people achieve their goals. And I met many wonderful people.

The flexible hours and friendly people I met everyday. Our team members were also amazing. They helped out whenever needed.

Gossip. My daughter was being bullied at school. And when the bully got in trouble their family and friends complained about me to Meijer and Meijer to my boss,es never said anything to me neither Acosta or Meijer. Didn't help I caught two married management making out in Meijer,s greenhouse.
