I really liked the work I did, fast pace it helps time fly by and I needed that because more than likely I was working 12 hour days 6 days a week.

The most important thing I learned at #Adient was

They refuse to provide any training on their company specific machinery and because an employee doesn’t figure out how to repair it with out any training they let you go.

I felt thankful for my job when #Adient hired me on. The pay was reasonable.

I just didn't like the fact that I was moved everyday or every other day. As soon as I get comfortable working one place.
