In another lifetime, I was a RECEPTIONIST & would like to return to that field but that field has gotten so advanced I don't know if I can & will fit back in what should I do????

I was not hired. But I have to move on. I must say at the interview, I felt as I was in youth land, everyone was so young. :)

I recently received an invitation for a job interview as a part time Administrative Assistant. I retired from college teaching in December of 2017 and have been doing other things since then. If they ask why did you leave your last position, what is the best answer I should give them?

My favorite part about training was helping people learn new things and watching them go from knowing nothing to knowing how to do everything in a matter of days

Hello everyone! My name is Mari Elizabeth Walsh and I am frustrated. I am very willing to get to work. However, I live in a very rural area in Southeastern Arkansas and there is literally nothing around that would hire someone with my skills. I have five years of in the office experience with medical and psychiatric transcription. I design documents, spreadsheets, business cards, logos, etc. all using my circa 2006 laptop and Microsoft Office or Adobe. I am interested in virtual assisting, data entry, spreadsheet work, proofreading, actually anything at this moment. I am so frustrated and let down right now. I tried Freelancer and after all the effort I put into it, they wanted $5 per exam to help boost my chances of being hired. Any advice on what to do and where to look for work like I described? Thank you, in advance, for your time and help.
