Never had one.

I never had a problem with any of my co-workers. However, when I was working at a discount store on the east coast. I was asked by a couple of co-workers to help assist them in pushing a cart of shelves into the store for assembly. When the customer/supervisor saw me being of assistance, she hollered at me stating: Don't help them, they have to learn how to do that on their own ! When you're pushing a cart full of metal shelves up a hill into the store and the load seems too heavy for 2 people to handle on their own, you want to help them out. We at Aerotek work as a team, not opponents ! The supervisor I worked for wasn't the most respectful person I ever dealt with. But my co-workers appreciated all the help I gave them at times. And if I had to, I'd do it again !

I loved that they were able to find me the type of work I've been looking for, for a long time. I started working at the Frederick News Post in Frederick, Md. over 5 years ago. Thanks to Aerotek ! I have a lot of printing experience, and they found me the right job where each and every week, when the Post called to request temps from Aerotek, they would always ask to have me sent back over all the other temps. It only took one day to prove myself as a hard working individual with a lot of printing experience, and being used to working in a fast paced environment like the Post. I've been working off and on at the Post, and was recently offered a job aa a part of the team, and now am a permanent Post employee ! I can't thank the staff at Aerotek enough for all the hard work they have done to help me find my dream job with all the high technology that has built up through out the years. I feel Aerotek is the best Temp agency I ever worked for. They find you long term jobs, temp to hire positions, and they pay the best ! I still keep in touch with my recruiters at the Frederick office, and get calls from other locations that see my resume and profile, and come up with very good job offers at times. I would recommend Aerotek to anybody out there looking for real work, and excellent pay.
