My advice to people interested in working at #AGCPlumbingInc. as a #BuildingTradesJourneymanPlumber/PipeFitter10Years+ ...
It is a Union shop. So the way in the trades or crafts as I like to call them is simple. Be the top 25 of those who take any Union test. There over 15 apprenticeship in California. Go to the library and check out the testing books made by ACCO. Every gov job or union job takes a test. Once you are in the job they will train you. So. You need to be good at taking test! At home take a test for 3 to 4 hours every single day except weekends at the same time on the clock that the test will be given. This is called “State Dependen Learning” It is druggy! Get use to it. When I took the plumbers math test I scored 94% and the State of California Aptitude test my over all score was 96% 10th on the list to be hired. William Masterson. (I have dislexica and ADD, read at 4th grade level, so don’t be discouraged there is nothing beyond the scope of a man! William Masterson

The biggest mistake I made as a #BuildingTradesJourneymanPlumber/PipeFitter10Years+ at #AGCPlumbingInc. ...
The time I thought I made a mistake and was mistaken! Sometimes, especially when making thing by hand it more than once to build it right. What is there to stress about. So the boss may scream an freak out in a crazy mixed up world it won’t amount to a hill of beans. Put your back into it! And if the fire me so. I was looking for a job when I came here. I’ll be looking for a job when I leave here. And what is this retirement stuff. Want to die in 5 years retire. Read the statistics, that’s what they say, Oh yeah statistics was how I chose my craft, shortist distance to buying a house. Bought my house 6 years after college. P.S. I live in Silicon Valley! I love stress, bring it on! What does not kill me makes me stronger! I don’t get this no stress stuff, I never under stress I’m just wiping the dust off my pance! William Masterson!

Never happened! My work is perfect and I have the Eagle Eye. William Masterson.

The money and the hard work, I like to sweat. William Masterson
