Computer systems going down several times a a day and u sit there bored for hrs. until they send u home w/o pay. pay checks short frequently and people fighting in the workplace and still have a job. They don't care who they hire.

not to ever work there, it is the most dysfunctional, unprofessional, unorganized call centers, you'll probably ever work in. Just google, they have a lot of lawsuits and bad reviews. I know at least 500 people whom worked there and no1 has anything positive to say except for you can work a lot of overtime but who would want to..
