The biggest miss take I did was hanging up a call by miss take in stead of transferring the call to my Supervisor.

Was when I received the first call after the training, because I didn't know how to fix all the customers issues and there was to many calls that day.

In boat case , I tray to keep calm and tray to fix the problem .
