I could see myself growing with them and helping them on several fronts. the company mindset was forward thinking. the business model impressed me quite a bit . you, as a. employee had full access to the owners as well as all other areas of management. the pay was competitive and bonuses were offered a d achieved.
all in all it was a great place to grow
My advice to people interested in working at #American Exteriors ...DONT.. after working for them for over 11.5 years I was left without a job, without a heads up after company was bought out and many employees left high and dry..
DON'T do it.. they could care less about giving notice to long term employees, leaving them high and dry
