
American Car Center is place where you have to learn that the most important thing is to get a customer in first and the rest will take care of itself.

Thinking I knew more than I did. Every customer and every situation is different and you have to treat them differently to get desired result a vehicle they and a great sales experience.

I had a good Manager and he would say one car a day makes it a great day. No matter how stressful the day was the smile on the customer face driving off in the vehicle they wanted makes it worth it.

I stepped away for a second and analyzed the situation and asked my self what I would do if the roles were reversed.

It was a place where I felt I could help a customer enjoy the vehicle that they wanted. It improved my people and communication skills.
