If he finds about this I am definitely going to get fired but I’m kind of tired of getting in trouble for every little thing whether I do it or not just because he says it in a calm and nice way doesn’t mean that it’s OK to do it tired of his excuses his Version of the truth being OK and don’t want to hear anybody else’s thanks that they’re lying to him. Good name for it narcissistic sociopath.
Saturday’s most of the time when he likes to book things back to back knowing it takes a few minutes to drive there to the place then to the other place Ect, and you’re the one getting in trouble why it hasn’t all got done and not getting to take your lunch break then when you ask him to make it up next day or whenever to take a longer one he gets an attitude and says that you should’ve took it but everything he does when he gets onto you calls you names or anything he’s always doing it in a nice calm voice and attitude so he’s always got his self covered. Example got cheated out of my vacation said he needed me if I stay I would pay extra vacation pay on top of a little extra for not actually taken vacation talk to him a couple times about it months went over with I confronted him he got mad said if you want to take it I can let you take it if you want but my time was up for.
I would say don’t he has a silver tongue at making things sound good,is a good guy at making you think things are good place is good good place to work for. If you’re good at paying attention you will see that he is a big walking contradiction and you will be the one getting in trouble sometimes sooner sometimes later or way later it all comes back to you most of the time, if you can keep your mouth and opinions to yourself and are OK with watching other people do less work for more money and get raises or pay other people more than I do you. Example working there for years for one pay then they hire somebody else just storing for more than what they pay you when you confront them you get an excuse.
Thinking that it would be a better place to work than others I have worked out that they would do better with their employees. I could get into real details about what’s going on but can’t all in all the place is good for people that don’t have credit.
Friday 1-26-18 Manger said can you not follow instructions do you need medicine or anything because I was wanting to go ahead and move a bedroom out-of-the-way instead of waiting till later. Nothing happened besides him threatening my job again saying that I need to look for something else technically I can’t do nothing about it he’s real good friends with the big bosses and we don’t have any HR so they ask him he says like he always does I didn’t say that or don’t know what he’s talking about.
