Try to work in a charter school with a lower pupil-to-teacher ratio so that you can do a better job with each student and so that you do not become overwhelmed. Working in some private schools can help with this, but you do not get to participate in the excellent state retirement program.

Well I never actually wanted to stay at APS but I think it was because the bosses there were really nice to me and they loved me for doing such a good job at some of the jobs I did there. I hated that place too but it was nice of me to get some appreciation for once
