
I was asked by the Senior Vice President of the Refining Marketing & International Joint Venture Business Line to lead the new corporate Performance Management Program in his organization. I felt a positive since of pride in leading the initiative throughout such a high profile / critical / effect on bottom line business results section of the company. So many found it difficult in other areas of the organization yet we successfully integrated one of the hardest, most controversial program seamlessly into normal business practices ahead of schedule.
