Very little pay for very hard work

This field is not for everyone, if you are empathic and genuine it comes through you pores. Without these qualities, this isn't the field for you.

#There a lot of discrimination at the Arc store in Broomfield. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to work at the Broomfield Arc.

I enjoyed coordinating independent living in our community for individuals with developmental challenges , to visit them in their own home environment and help them plan out their everyday needs , also teaching them how to function well in the community was rewarding & interesting ....

The reason why I'm still with the Arc is because of the clients, you know they really grow on you and you have to love them. You may have better offer or a better paying job but when you think of the clients you feel that you just can't walk away from them and that's the reason why I'm still the arc.

My benefits were awesome! Made my goals over 110% every year. Made great ?.

Great place to work

Having the care for people

My manager, my co-worker, and the customers. I loved that my fellow Arc employees always had my back. Also, I felt that most customers were pretty understanding about the occasional mistake and wait time.
