They could make descent pay to help with there family's, lots of OT, but have to manage there money because corporate businesses want all they can keep & get.

Really dont get too stressed, nothing too major to deal with!

It happens in every work place, u get over it, it's no big deal!!! If it gets too heated get the EAP or Union involved to settle the differences.

It is a solid foundation for work, many very nice employees & management has gotten better over the yrs!!!

Once a world leader in quality titanium, RMI Titanium was bought by RTI International Metals in 2006. Corporate greed and the foolhardy promises of Dawne Hickton led to the company’s decline in stature as an elite brand of aerospace-grade titanium. Cost-cutting measures only led to more rejected material and, thus, remakes. Mrs Hickton also promised delivery AND PRICING of a new metal, TiAluminide, before a production process was even out of its infancy. Knowing this, she worked out a great deal to sell the company to Alcoa, and walk away with $19 million all for herself. Alcoa then split itself into two companies, Alcoa and Arconic, placing all of Alcoa’s debt on Arconic. The workforce at Arconic Niles, however, has refused to let corporate saboteurs and Activist Investor greed end the viability of the Ohio location. With two melt shops, two 30,000 ton forging presses, a rolling mill, cutting, conditioning and inspection facilities all in one location, Niles has proved to be an irreplaceable asset in Arconic’s high hopes and expectations. The question is, will the company ever recognize the value of their workforce, and treat them accordingly before it’s too late?
