Being hired off the street to the position you want is better.Being a dedicated employee working your way up is not beneficial to you.You will be under paid and unappreciated. The complex Manager is all about personal issues.Constantly allowing them to interfere with making sound business decisions.

DO NOT work there it is a joke high turnover rate I know of several people and friends who have worked there and it is a joke people that are local don’t eat there either they never get sat or food is over an hour and is horrible plus drug use is rampant there I know I was the assistant general manager for 8 years the only reason I stayed was to get paid for nothing let them do whatever cause you have no control avoid at all costs don’t get me started on Golden Corral!

is not leaving when the new G.M. took over. He has no idea how to run a hotel, or a staff. I should have left the day he came in

is to run as fast as you can. The current G.M. is clueless, and is in over his head. His staff is suffering greatly, as are the guests now. I would not even consider this property until the G.M. leaves, but Concord Hospitality is a fan of the clueless, so he will probably be there a while...
