Depends on the people you work with the ones that work hard in the ones that don't but the major thing is good owners and good upper management

The biggest mistake was letting upper management take advantage of me.. I gave that company everything I had for almost 3 years.. I was always on time only called out 2 times for medical reasons.. Worked when others called out.. Stepped up in December when my former manager had to leave and took responsibility for the store and other co workers. Made sure the store ran smoothly for 5 months and was passed up to become manager and then was promised 40 hours a week plus benefits but was lied too just so the store stayed open until they finally hired a manager to which I had to train.. Then my hours were dropped so nothing but lies and stress from that company for the last 7 months. I will never work for them again and would tell others not to either they don't care about their employees at all.

I let the manager and crew take total advantage of me. I can't tell you how many 18 hour shifts I pulled by myself.

It's very easy to move up at the stores if you're wanting to make a career out of it!

I would let them know that I had alot of fun working at Sonic drive in as assistant manager. I would recommend Sonic as one of the best places to work.
