The biggest mistake was letting upper management take advantage of me.. I gave that company everything I had for almost 3 years.. I was always on time only called out 2 times for medical reasons.. Worked when others called out.. Stepped up in December when my former manager had to leave and took responsibility for the store and other co workers. Made sure the store ran smoothly for 5 months and was passed up to become manager and then was promised 40 hours a week plus benefits but was lied too just so the store stayed open until they finally hired a manager to which I had to train.. Then my hours were dropped so nothing but lies and stress from that company for the last 7 months. I will never work for them again and would tell others not to either they don't care about their employees at all.

I still don't agree even though I don't work there anymore that people are only getting paid minimum wage they only paying $7.50 I believe it is $8 is the most I don't agree with that I honestly think that Sally beauty supply should be paying more considering that they are a worldwide company but yet they are paying their employees not enough money
