Don't plan on making a career at AT&T because they really don't care about people

Customer service, when a customer got through to me they have already spent a lot of time going through phone trees, being put on hold and passed off to other people who could not help them. When they got to me I could sense there frustration and I would tell them they did not have to make any more calls or get put on hold because I am the one that can help them. That would really make them relieved and calm down. A big part of it was they could tell I cared about there situation and it gave them confidence that I could do something about there problem. To be honest I liked that part of my job.

Learning the business and taking advantage of all the skill training they provided

Thinking that I had a great future there.

What I loved about At&T spring mobile was the time and commitment we put into helping our customers and the rally’s we had once a month in the beginning of the the month . We got to know each other and get connected

I worked for SBC Global (who actually merged with SBC in 2008 I believe it was.) back in Illinois before moving heee. They paid decently and benefits were good too. The position was for a new product. (DSL) so we were pioneers so to speak.

Great place to work

Nothing management is horrible worst workplace ever! They tell you from day 1 that your not entitled to anything and that they can let you go anytime they want.
