I prefer to speak with people who speak good English, it sure makes things easier to comprehend for both.

I have 21 years with AT&T. It's been great for me financially, and benefits wise, and I've developed some really great relationships over the years. My first ten years or so I really liked my job and enjoyed coming to work and interacting with my coworkers and most of the managers. But the atmosphere over the last few years has changed pretty drastically and while I'm more than grateful for what the job has provided for me, the love is definitely gone. I hope that for the sake of the lower tenured employees and those to follow that company leadership will find a better way to operate. Satisfied employees do in fact make for better and more productive business, and increases customer satisfaction and retention, simply focusing on metrics is ultimately not the road to success.

There were multiple opportunities to not only move up in the company but to learn different sides of the business. Income was quite good as well.
