I get excited thinking about colors, typography, layout and design and my passion for all aspects of graphic design has remained strong throughout my 10-year career. I am dedicated to bringing brands to life through omni-channel marketing programs, my key focus is to exceed client and employer expectations. I enjoy collaborating with clients, creative teams and production professionals to deliver design solutions propelling web traffic, social media engagement, response rates and customer-acquisition results. I am very interested in the Graphic Design position I learned about through Glassdoor and hope to have the chance to interview for this exciting opportunity. My background includes corporate, agency and freelance graphic design with a history of leading packaging, print and digital design projects to acclaimed completion. I have worked on both nationwide and international marketing, collateral and rebranding for global brands and companies, including Empower AI, Marcus & Millichap, Autodesk, Stanley, Black & Decker and Miracle Gro; as well as a host of startup and mid-size businesses such as Regal Art & Gift, ecoweco and Bond Manufacturing.

I am backed by a BFA in graphic design from the Academy of Art University located in the heart of San Francisco. I am proficient and have extensive knowledge and skills in the Adobe Creative Suite platform (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) and a range of other design, video, web, Microsoft Office and multimedia software.

You may visit my portfolio at www.pixelsandleaddesigns.com or scan the QR code in the sidebar to see examples of my work. Feel free to call me at 925.209.8733 if you would like to talk or set up an interview. Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely, Cassondra Williamson

Professional Statement: Design has the power of always being different in every project, and constantly requires you to expand your own culture and to research ideas within a creative process. I believe all design fields are related and share this idea, but graphic design especially for its omnipresence and diversity as it is present nearly everywhere: on printed material, web, signage, packaging, advertising, video, or branding and visual identity. I am always eager to discover new things in a never-ending graphical lookout, and I am really eclectic about that; I think this is a very important skill for any designer because it helps improve versatile creativity. I am extremely self-sufficient, and can work independently with high attention to detail, yet love the opportunity to collaborate. I believe all these qualities put together with my previous experience and skills have been the stepping stones that have brought me to where I am now as a professional.

This ultimately depends on what the employer wants to see and is legally allowed to see. They decide this with the vendor. As a general rule, they will check the sex offender registry and any felony charges. If you don't have either you will most likely be cleared for employment. Good Luck!

I'm an amazing scientist / engineer. Very experienced with Quality, Process, Project, and Manufacturing Engineering. I've been Downsized five times in the past twenty years. And struggled to find good employment in the specialized area of metal finishing but my Quality Assurance background is very strong and versatile. I've prepped for ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP audits that resulted in zero findings. I've managed large Capital Expenditure projects. I've led Process Improvement projects that resulted in zero defects / rejects for several months in a row. Would love to find a company that offers stability and a long term opportunity. Kind regards, Lynn
