It's easy to get caught up in what happened last week, month, or even last year, but it's important to focus on the now.
Make a list of all the things you need to get done.
Work slowly to cross them off.
Take deep breaths and allow yourself time to re-boot.

I can remember growing up when we had that first snow of the year and hearing my father say, "Oh great...winter is here."
This was then followed by a long groan and then yelling out to everyone in the house, "WHERE is the shovel??!"
Snow has arrived earlier than usual this year in New England, so make sure if you are commuting to work or anywhere at all today to stay safe out there!
If you had to pick, which do you enjoy more winter, or fall?
