What I learned from Bank of America that after working 28 years and devoting my passion and hard work , the company did not appreciate my hard work . Very sad

I worked at Bank of America for 28 years and I was always on time and do the right thing for the customers and they all were very happy with my service . I never had any audit issues I always pass the audits for 100 percent , In 2019 I was not able to do my goals my manager was forcing for sale , but I could not force customers to do things they did not want to . After 28 years my manager fired me due to not doing my goals even did not give me time to look for another position. Put me not hirable .After I got fired called HR open a case , after the HR manager did research he apologized told me he did wrong by firing me and put me back for hirable . It was a very disappointed situation after 28 years working for Bank of America .

It was a great place to work. I loved working there

More secure parking since I worked downtown.

The bank was family oriented

I wish they would had let. Me stay working for them i love working for bank of America

A salary large enough to live on

good bank. I had to leave as my husband was transfered. Great work place.
