The last time someone was upset with me, I simply explained my point of view, asked what I could do better cause the plan was set already and walked away, this co-worker cooled down and realized I was right all along and apologized... we ended up finishing and continued to communicate

We were working on a repair boat for the winter, we had a huge access cut into the side of the boat working in the engine room... The morning started out real well, got the parts lined up for work, safely moved in with the equipment needed to move and after lunch, BOOM get slammed by heavy winds and blowing snow... the access was open, the tarp we had placed to cover the access ripped wide open and here me and one other worker had to fix this tarp with all that's going on... need less you say it just became that much longer of a day... after 16 hours of work and closing everything up, we felt accomplished and worn out!
