They care about their image more then their loyal employees. They promote only within a few and said few have more on their plate then they can handle, or they hire their best friends. No room for advancement. No praise ever given for the hard work but will jump at the chance to tell you when you've done something wrong. Owners are obvious to anything wrong. Residents opinions do not count at all, they tell them who the best, hard working employees are and the next week they can get fired over nothing if they're not one of said few. They seem to forget that we work for them and not the other way around when they're bullying the residents.

I will never forget how most of them were at peace with their situations.

I never had any problems with residents mostly because they loved my cooking and I made cookies that I could easily be talked into giving them. I really can't remember any times that I couldn't get along with the people I worked with. Any problems were discussed and resolved by mutual consent.
