Look for somewhere else to work because Belk Fulfillment Center is not the same anymore. I have left Belk after 2 years working for them. For my understanding, Amazon had brought out Belk Fulfillment Center. My last day at Belk was August 13,2017.
Back in July 2017, I had this Lead spreading rumors about me showing an associate how to get in a task by using the RF scanner. At first, I let it go because one associate came and told me about it. Then 3 more came and told me the same thing, so I went to the O.M. and told him about the situation and then I went to Human Resources and she told me to write a complaint on her and she will investigate it. So that is what I did. Two weeks later, she lost her Lead position.
I was a Trainer at Belk Fulfillment Center and I enjoyed training the new associates that came through our facility.
Its terrible. The people there are bossy that aint the boss. Nasty attitude of supervisors.they cant keep any help and want to fire the ones that work and keep the ones that dont do nothing. Belks is so unorganized
