In my humble opinion the people of the corporate headquarters in Warren Mi;have no common courtesy toward the employees and also no objectivity.It is my opinion also that the corporates hate and are against there employees in the franchised restaurants.Anyone of your enemies that knows you work at a Big Boy location can lie to corporate about you on there website and you're instantly terminated without recourse.this practice also includes the corporate operated locations.they tried to have me terminated from the franchise location that I worked at here in the thumb of Michigan because of lie told by a cowardly scumbag that I used the "F word" in the kitchen. The truth is that this person used corporate Big Boy to retaliate against me for exercising my freedom of speech about our Sherriff and Prosecutor which this coward thought was objectionable .I would not recommend to anyone to work for this entity after the way they treated me.The General Manager fought with corporate to save my job only after punitive action of a weeks suspension without pay was served as demanded by Corporate Big Boy.
