Something I learned at bill millers bbq is that hard work pays off in the end. I was an employee for 2 years and I worked hard everyday. Some days would be bad, but at the end it was so good. I loved it. I still do. As of recently I pushed myself harder to become a staff leader for the company and now I’m learning more and more everyday to maybe one day be a higher up with the company.
I loved the personal interest from my management regarding my unique contributions to customer care. I really enjoyed working as a hostess and crew leader at 4 of their restaurants. I was very sorry to see the company go bankrupt! The simple, warm home-like atmosphere was replaced with an expensive remodeling to an upscale design that the customers rejected. Thus, a beloved Bill Knapps met it’s demise. Very sad.
Nothing it sucked only worked me 3 times a week if any days of a week lied to customers over charged and to advantage of there customers lack of knowledge
